2、grc构件粘贴时，网格布应当翻包，如有特殊情况可直接粘贴不翻包。采用薄层满粘法进行粘贴，用力挤压EPS构件使砂浆从周边溢出，粘接缝宽不大于3mm。粘结缝应随粘随勾，灰缝饱满，并保持EPS构件表面的整洁。

The thin layer full bonding method is used for bonding, and the EPS component is extruded forcefully to make the mortar overflow from the periphery, and the bonding joint width is not more than 3 mm. 3、对于较大grc构件，安装时是有要求的，需要设置支撑进行临时固定。

4、安装时，若需拼接，应事先测量好拼装尺寸和角度，并在平整地方进行预拼装，缝隙不大于3mm。粘结砂浆作拼接粘结材料，砂浆稠度可销大些，采用薄层满粘法进行。拼接时要求稍微、均匀用力挤压锤打，以使灰缝满足要求。

4. When installing, if splicing is needed, the assembly dimension and angle should be measured in advance, and the pre-assembly should be carried out in the flat place, the gap is not more than 3mm. Bonded mortar is used as splicing and bonding material. The consistency of mortar can be sold more. The method of thin layer full bonding is adopted. When splicing, it is required to press and hammer slightly and evenly in order to make the grey seam meet the requirements.

5、拼接完灰缝应用灰刀勾平，使grc构件成为一体。干燥后，若grc构件拼缝处留有多余粘结砂浆可用砂纸进行打磨。干燥后，grc构件拼接部位抗裂专用胶进行处理。处理方法见抗裂专用胶使用说明。

After drying, if there is excess bonded mortar left at the joints of GRC components, it can be polished with mortar paper. 6、施工完的grc构件就注意成品保护，严禁蹬踏、重物撞击。如有损坏，应将整块EPS构件剔除重装。
