　EPS线条成本降低措施:

　　1、 施工中依据配板图裁切聚苯板，减少浪费;

　　2、 对工人进行交底，使EPS线条熟悉节点部位做法，合理利用边角料;

　　3、 控制好砂浆的拌制量，特别在施工停歇前应计算好砂浆的用量，防止砂浆超时而无法使用，造成浪费。

　　4、 通过样板层的施工，准确掌握每个部位网格布的规格、尺寸，做到EPS装饰线条定型加工，定点使用。

　　安全措施：

　　1、 在进行外吊篮脚手架搭设时，已考虑EPS线条外墙保温施工荷载，故根据计算，在外墙保温施工作业层搭设连续吊篮，宽800mm。

　　2、 在外脚手架上操作的人员，必须经过培训，持有劳动部门颁发的作业证件持证上岗。

　　3、 工人在EPS装饰线条脚手架上作业必须戴好安全帽进行施工。

　　4、 在外脚手架上的操作人员需穿防滑鞋，有心脏病的人员禁止上架，严禁酒后上架施工。

EPS line cost reduction measures:

1. Cut polystyrene board according to the distribution board diagram during construction to reduce waste;

2. Make disclosure to workers, make EPS lines familiar with the methods of node parts, and make rational use of scraps;

3. Control the mixing quantity of mortar, especially calculate the quantity of mortar before the construction stops, to prevent the mortar from being used over time and causing waste.

4. Through the construction of template layer, accurately grasp the specifications and dimensions of each part of the grid cloth, so as to finalize the processing of EPS decorative lines and use them at fixed points.

Safety measures:

1. During the construction of external hanging basket scaffolding, EPS line insulation construction load has been taken into account. Therefore, according to the calculation, a continuous hanging basket with a width of 800mm is installed at the construction layer of external wall insulation construction.

2, the personnel operating on the scaffolding outside, must be trained, with the national labor department issued by the work certificate.

3. Workers must wear safety helmets to carry out construction work on EPS decorative line scaffolding.

4. Operators on the scaffold outside shall wear anti-skid shoes. People with heart disease shall not put on shelves.
